Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily administrative activities for assigned residential and commercial properties, ensuring records, correspondence, and operational documents remain accurate and up to date.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams by responding to inquiries, tracking service requests, and following through on open items.
• Support leasing activities by preparing documentation, scheduling property tours or appointments, and assisting with applicant and tenant communication.
• Maintain lease files, rent rolls, vendor information, and other property-related data within Yardi and related management systems.
• Assist with rent collection processes, invoice tracking, and basic financial administration while helping ensure documentation is properly organized.
• Work with property managers to coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and building-related operational tasks across the portfolio.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and routine administrative materials that support occupancy tracking, lease administration, and property performance reviews.
• Help ensure office and property administration follows company procedures, regulatory requirements, and established service standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting property operations within residential, commercial, or mixed-use environments.• Knowledge of leasing coordination, tenant relations, and core property administration practices.
• Hands-on experience using Yardi software for recordkeeping, reporting, or lease and property management activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with standard office software and administrative processes, including document management and scheduling.
• Ability to work independently, exercise professionalism, and handle confidential information with discretion.
