Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to support servicing readiness initiatives for client implementations in Carmel, Indiana. This role will guide cross-functional planning, testing, and execution efforts to help ensure operational teams are prepared for servicing activation. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, sharp follow-through, and the ability to keep complex workstreams aligned, documented, and moving toward key milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end readiness activities for servicing initiatives, from early planning through launch and handoff into ongoing operations.

• Build and maintain detailed project plans that define scope, timelines, accountable stakeholders, milestones, interdependencies, testing needs, and success measures.

• Partner with teams across operations, technology, compliance, payments, reporting, data, and related functions to keep implementation work coordinated and on schedule.

• Facilitate recurring project meetings, capture key decisions and action items, and communicate risks, blockers, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

• Monitor critical path activities, identify delays or unresolved issues early, and drive escalation when risks could affect activation readiness.

• Organize readiness validation efforts by confirming that processes, systems, data, reporting, communications, and servicing capabilities are tested and properly documented.

• Track defects, exceptions, and open gaps during testing, coordinate corrective actions with responsible teams, and confirm retesting is completed when needed.

• Maintain an accurate view of overall readiness status, including completed deliverables, outstanding conditions, and items that must be resolved before go-live decisions are made.

• Contribute to go-live recommendations by summarizing project health, testing outcomes, and remaining risks for operations leadership.

• Improve project management tools, templates, and methods used to support servicing readiness and dynamic servicing efforts.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, project analysis, or a related operational delivery role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, status tracking, risk management, and issue resolution practices.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and refining project management frameworks or documentation standards.
• Proven ability to lead meetings, drive follow-up actions, and maintain momentum across independently owned workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clear updates to business partners and leadership.
• High level of organization, initiative, and attention to detail in fast-moving implementation environments.

Compensation

$80,000.00-$120,000.00 Yearly
