Talent Acquisition Specialist
A well-established and growing organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions while helping drive strategic hiring initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring leaders, building talent pipelines, creating innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate offer generation, approvals, and acceptance processes.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities including background screenings and employment documentation.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and recruiting performance.
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner and advisor to business leaders.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related recruiting role.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing traditional and creative recruiting methods.
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting environments.
- Experience supporting onboarding or pre-employment processes.
- Experience reporting on recruiting metrics and talent acquisition effectiveness.
Compensation
