Job Type: Contract to hire

Schedule: Full time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $19-$25/hour

We are looking for an E-Commerce Product Sales Specialist to support online sales operations for a Telecom Services organization in Boardman, Ohio. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys managing digital marketplace listings, engaging with customers, and helping drive revenue through strong product presentation and follow-through. The person in this role will contribute to day-to-day sales activity by coordinating listings, order fulfillment, inventory support, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain online product listings across marketplace platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Facebook Marketplace to attract buyers and support sales growth.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product details, and guide prospective buyers through the purchasing process with a detail-oriented approach.

• Prepare sold merchandise for shipment by packing items carefully and coordinating outgoing orders accurately and on time.

• Assist with entering products into inventory records by scanning and documenting items to improve tracking and availability.

• Compile and update recurring sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to help monitor performance and activity.

• Organize stored merchandise and maintain orderly inventory areas to support efficient product handling and retrieval.

• Identify opportunities to improve listing quality, pricing visibility, and marketplace performance to help maximize online sales results.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience using online selling platforms such as eBay, Amazon, or Facebook Marketplace.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with buyers.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College education is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with automotive parts or related equipment is preferred.
• Previous sales or inside sales experience is an advantage.

Compensation

$23.75-$27.50 Hourly
