Sr. Auditor
Responsibilities:
• Lead financial and operational audit reviews to assess control effectiveness, process integrity, and compliance with established standards.
• Develop risk-based audit plans that align testing activities with priority business areas and regulatory obligations.
• Perform Sarbanes-Oxley control assessments, including walkthroughs, testing procedures, and documentation of results.
• Analyze audit evidence, identify control gaps or exceptions, and clearly communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare concise audit reports that outline observations, root causes, business impact, and recommended corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor remediation efforts and verify timely resolution of identified issues.
• Maintain thorough workpapers and audit documentation to support conclusions and satisfy internal or external review requirements.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in auditing, including financial and operational audit engagements.• Demonstrated expertise in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, control testing, and related documentation practices.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodology, risk assessment, and development of audit plans.
• Experience evaluating audit findings and presenting recommendations in a clear, thorough manner.
• Ability to work independently in a Contract role while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
Compensation
