Document Controller
Responsibilities:
• Run automated equipment used to prepare and insert documents into outgoing envelopes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Observe machine activity and address routine issues to keep production moving efficiently and correctly.
• Use on-screen system information to confirm processing details and support accurate document handling.
• Check that each document set is paired with the proper envelope before materials move through the production line.
• Perform ongoing quality reviews during processing to identify errors and maintain strict accuracy standards.
• Sort completed mailings into the appropriate trays and prepare them for downstream distribution or shipment.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety expectations, production procedures, and quality control guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in document handling, mail operations, print production, fulfillment, manufacturing, or similar environments is strongly preferred.• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to work with machine interfaces and monitor processing screens.
• Ability to read fine print, numeric data, and printed codes accurately and consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven commitment to producing error-free work.
• Capability to work independently while meeting established productivity and quality goals.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a consistent approach to daily responsibilities.
• Comfort performing repetitive tasks for extended periods without compromising focus or accuracy.
Compensation
