We are looking for an experienced Dynamics Consultant to support an organization as it shapes a long-range strategy for its customer relationship management and enterprise systems landscape. This role is ideal for a senior consultant who combines advisory expertise, business analysis, and project leadership to guide high-level technology decisions.
Responsibilities:

• Review the existing Microsoft Dynamics 8.2 platform, including connected systems, workflows, reports, and key technical dependencies, to document the current-state environment.
• Analyze modernization pathways such as migration to Dynamics 365, cloud-based replacement options, blended architecture models, and data retention or archiving approaches.
• Outline major risks, projected timelines, business implications, and critical decision milestones to support strategic planning.
• Build and oversee a structured roadmap for ERP/CRM modernization that aligns business goals with implementation readiness.
• Establish evaluation standards for potential vendors and contribute to the assessment and selection process.
• Lead project coordination activities, maintain thorough documentation, facilitate working sessions, and provide updates to executive stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into organized recommendations and actionable planning artifacts that support future implementation efforts.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, ERP/CRM consulting, project delivery, solution advisory, or a closely related function.• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Proven background leading system modernization, migration, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements, run workshops, and produce future-state recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present clearly to leadership teams.
• Experience preparing business roadmaps, vendor evaluation materials, and implementation planning documentation.
• Familiarity with tools and concepts such as business requirement documentation, configuration management, and CRM-related solution planning.
• Ability to work independently in a consulting capacity while driving momentum across multiple stakeholders.
