Senior Tax Manager
Well-established boutique CPA and advisory firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families, values long-term client relationships, and is interested in a potential path to partnership.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex tax engagements from planning through completion, including extensions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and related entities
- Review and oversee preparation of sophisticated individual tax returns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff
- Partner with firm leadership on client service, workflow management, and practice growth initiatives

Compensation & Benefits
- $165,000 - $240,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Generous employer retirement contributions

Qualifications:
- Active CPA license required
- 12+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Extensive experience serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Strong technical expertise in individual taxation
- Proven ability to manage engagements independently from start to finish
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office applications. Lacerte a plus
- Demonstrated stability and tenure in prior positions
- Interest in long-term career growth, including potential future leadership opportunities
