General Office Clerk
A local nonprofit organization is seeking a dependable General Office Clerk to provide clerical and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. To apply, call 808-531-0800. Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
- Enter data and maintain office records
- Scan, file, and organize documents
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Assist staff with administrative projects
- Greet visitors and provide general assistance
- Perform additional clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Previous clerical, office, or administrative experience
- Experience answering phones is required
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Dependable attendance and professional work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation
