Receptionist

A well-established law firm is seeking a professional Receptionist to provide exceptional client service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience managing a busy front desk. To apply, call 808-531-0800. Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors
• Schedule meetings and conference room reservations
• Handle incoming mail and deliveries
• Maintain filing systems and client records
• Assist with document preparation, scanning, and copying
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff
• Keep the reception area organized and professional

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
• Experience answering phones and multi-line phone systems is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
