Front Desk Coordinator

A growing healthcare organization is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This position requires excellent customer service and strong administrative skills. Due to onsite work requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. To apply, call 808-531-0800.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and vendors
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain accurate patient and office records
• Receive and distribute messages promptly
• Assist with data entry and administrative projects
• Support daily front office operations

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
• Experience answering phones is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
