ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: -Performs limited aspects of technical supply management; inventory management, storage management, cataloging, etc. -Performs logistical sustainment support and material control operations for the Mobilization Brigade. -Responsible for preparing and consolidating MOB unit data and patches for submission to PEO soldier -Assist with property book issues prior to deployment -Responsible for all brigade class II items, ensuring all supplies needed for mobilizing/demobilizing soldiers are requested -Identify and track critical shortages for mobilizing units -Dispatch GSA vehicles -Attend Hour by Hour once a week -Attend NFH Maintenance meeting once a week NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience -Must have experience with the US Army, working at the battalion level or higher - High School diploma and some college preferred -Must be able to type 40 wpm -Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Outlook Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: -Excellent personal communication skills -Must have valid state drivers license and be able to maintain post driving privileges -Must be able obtain/maintain Common Access Card -Ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks, and work under deadlines -Must be able to devise steps necessary to complete tasks -Ability to read, write, and understand English Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
