About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Warehouse Associates in accurate receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of product to meet company standards of accuracy, attention to details, sanitation, safety, security, and productivity.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Warehouse/Logistics Team
- Ensure and track that productivity targets are met and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly, efficiently, promptly and following our company's standard operating procedures.
- Manage daily warehouse operations to include receiving, shipping, inventory and logistics.
- Manage warehouse and materials being staged for projects
- Load and unload trucks
- Receive and count stock items and record data
- Operate materials handling equipment with proper training
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse
- Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ year of Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics experience, ability to lift 50 pounds
- Proven Leader with readiness to actively participate in all warehouse activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Operations Management or related field preferred
- Forklift certified, wire cutting experience a plus
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Supervisory Experience
- Good mobility and ability to spend most of the day in a warehouse standing and walking
- Basic Computer skills
- Experience with electrical distribution/industrial distribution preferred
