HVAC Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with local codes and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid HVAC certification or license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.

Work Environment

This position requires working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The HVAC Technician will often work in tight spaces and may be required to work evenings or weekends as needed.
