    The starting pay for this role is $27 per hour, based on experience.

    About the role:

    Supports end user's hardware and software. Provides technical assistance to system users, management and the Information Technology Department. Studies, analyzes and implements project requests.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of PCs, laptops/tablets, printers, etc., coordinating with I.T. staff to resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Provides on-going support to all Credit Union staff on the use of end-user hardware and software products.
  • Installs end-user hardware and software.
  • Provides installation, maintenance and support for Cash Recyclers, Shared branching equipment, Digital Signage equipment and wiring systems.
  • Provides support to all users of the system and performs Administrator duties as needed or requested.
  • Assists in the implementation, development, and maintenance of departmental projects and business as usual documentation.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    Experience

    • Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

    Education/Certifications/Licenses

  • A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
  • Interpersonal Skills

  • A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
  • Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office products, MS Windows operating systems, e-mail, personal computers.
  •  Must be able to work and travel independently and use general office equipment.
