Field Service Representative

To thrive as a Field Service Representative, you must be comfortable with being on the move, working independently, and delivering reliable service to our customers. You will be successful in this role if you are dependable, safety-focused, and take pride in representing our brand in the field. We’re looking for someone who values hands-on work, problem-solving, and making sure deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and done right!  

Your day will start by reviewing assigned deliveries and confirming all paperwork is accurate and complete. You will load finished paint products, safely transport them to contractor sites and store locations, and unload materials upon arrival. Throughout the day, you’ll operate RF devices to track inventory, print shipment paperwork and labels, and ensure delivery documents are accurately completed. You’ll also respond to customer questions, provide clear product usage information, and coordinate field requests as needed. We rely on you to help maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure products arrive undamaged.  

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. 

  • Ability to operate RF and information collection devices. 

  • Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and delivery vehicles is preferred.  

  • Physical ability to load and unload products throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation. 

  • Attention to detail when completing paperwork and shipment documentation.  

Qualifications and experience: 

  • High school diploma or GED required. 

  • CDL Class A, B, or C may be required depending on the vehicle being operated (CDL Class B required in some locations). 

  • Ability to obtain a hazardous materials endorsement from the DMV (where applicable). 

  • Warehouse or distribution experience preferred. 

  • Experience using RF equipment and SAP or similar inventory systems is preferred.

  • Team members will receive a $0.50/hr increase at 6 months of employment and another $0.50/hr increase at one year of employment.
