Dynamics BC/ MRP Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day support and administration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to ensure reliable system performance.
• Review inventory-related data, resolve discrepancies, and help refine procedures that improve stock accuracy and control.
• Strengthen material planning capabilities by evaluating system setup and refining processes that support effective MRP execution.
• Work closely with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain partners to improve production planning and scheduling outcomes.
• Maintain core production data such as bills of materials, item records, and related system information needed for smooth manufacturing operations.
• Adjust system configurations and recommend enhancements that increase usability, efficiency, and adoption across business teams.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and implement automation or process improvements that reduce effort and support scalability.
• Investigate application issues, provide user assistance, and deliver practical solutions that minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Translate business needs into ERP recommendations, reports, and dashboards that support informed operational decision-making.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a business environment.• Practical knowledge of manufacturing operations, material requirements planning, and inventory management processes.
• Experience working with bills of materials, item data, and production-related system records.
• Familiarity with production scheduling concepts and enterprise planning workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, operations, purchasing, and inventory functions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience improving business processes through system configuration, workflow enhancements, or automation initiatives.
Compensation
