Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and adaptable Receptionist to provide short-term coverage for a rapidly growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly step in to keep front office operations running smoothly.

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage a busy front desk and assist with general inquiries.
• Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with scheduling needs.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
• Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative support tasks.
• Assist team members with various office projects and operational needs.
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, positive, and approachable personality.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Reliable, dependable, and comfortable learning new processes quickly.
