Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize scheduling requests, and keep daily commitments organized and up to date.
• Arrange business travel plans, including itineraries, reservations, and related logistics for leadership.
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, and other business documents using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support meeting coordination by organizing agendas, materials, scheduling details, and follow-up actions.
• Provide administrative assistance to executive leadership while handling sensitive information with sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts in a courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Build productive working relationships across the organization, including regular interaction with individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with day-to-day executive office operations to help leadership stay focused on strategic and operational priorities.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience supporting executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.• Strong background in calendar management within a fast-paced and detail-sensitive environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate travel arrangements and executive meetings with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including creating presentations, documents, and related business materials.
• Comfort using AI-based tools to support administrative tasks and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work respectfully with diverse communities, including people with disabilities.
Compensation
