Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Direct daily office activities, including front desk coordination, workplace services, supply management, catering arrangements, and general facilities support.
• Partner with external providers and building contacts to oversee services such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and other site-related needs.
• Organize employee-focused programs, team events, and engagement activities that contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture.
• Maintain conference rooms, shared spaces, and common areas so they remain clean, functional, and prepared for regular use.
• Monitor workplace conditions to help uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance with established standards and policies.
• Track office-related spending, assist with budget oversight, and support planning for operational resources and site needs.
• Provide responsive support to employees and guests, helping resolve workplace issues efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities support, or a comparable administrative environment.• Demonstrated success managing vendors, coordinating office services, and supporting day-to-day site operations.
• Hands-on experience planning events or employee engagement activities in a workplace setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance shifting priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a detail-focused and service-oriented demeanor.
• Experience supporting budgets, tracking operational expenses, and coordinating office or facility projects.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and workplace management or service ticketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently with close attention to detail in a fast-moving onsite environment.
Compensation
