Talent Partner - Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and candidate outreach through interview coordination and offer support.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and shape practical recruiting plans for assigned functions.
• Drive high-volume hiring efforts by organizing and managing recruiting activities across multiple openings at once.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing methods such as networking, social platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Support internal mobility efforts by helping identify and engage current employees for new career opportunities within the organization.
• Use hiring data and market insights to recommend sourcing approaches and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Contribute to employer brand visibility by collaborating on outreach campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and strengthen the efficiency of hiring processes.
• Stay informed on recruiting trends and market practices to enhance candidate engagement and overall hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• At least five years of recruiting experience supporting both high-volume hiring and corporate roles.• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment and advising hiring teams throughout the selection process.
• Experience creating sourcing strategies that attract diverse candidate pipelines for immediate and future openings.
• Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and use data to guide decisions and improve results.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and other recruiting technology tools.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills when working with candidates and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
