Office Assistant

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Test Center Specialist to help maintain a secure, professional, and welcoming environment. This position is responsible for supporting candidates throughout the check-in and testing process while ensuring all testing policies, and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet candidates and provide professional, courteous customer service.
• Verify candidate identification and eligibility requirements.
• Check candidates in and explain procedures and expectations.
• Monitor candidates throughout testing sessions.
• Maintain strict testing security and follow established procedures.
• Protect confidential testing materials and maintain exam integrity.
• Identify, document, and report testing incidents or irregularities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional testing environment.
• Complete administrative duties and other tasks as needed to support daily testing operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, administrative support, or similar customer-facing environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and focus.
• Ability to enforce policies and procedures consistently.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
