Accountant
Natalie Lue with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and strong QuickBooks experience to work onsite in a beautiful SF Financial District office.
Join a respected professional services firm where you'll play a key role supporting accounting operations, billing, accounts payable, and financial administration working alongside a solid finance and accounting team and reporting to a Controller.
What You'll Do
- Process accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment
- Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately in QuickBooks
- Prepare check runs and maintain supporting documentation
- Apply cash receipts and reconcile transactions
- Assist with billing by reviewing time and expense entries for accuracy
- Support employee expense reporting and travel-related accounting processes
- Research and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies
- Maintain organized accounting records and generate reports as needed
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
✔ 2+ years of accounting, AP, billing, or bookkeeping experience
✔ Strong QuickBooks proficiency required
✔ Professional services experience preferred (legal, consulting, architecture, engineering, etc.)
✔ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
