Paralegal

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Paralegal to support attorneys by obtaining, reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records for active case files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Request, collect, and organize medical and billing records
• Prepare medical summaries and chronologies
• Follow up on missing records with providers and third parties
• Maintain accurate case files and document management systems
• Assist with subpoenas, authorizations, discovery, and exhibits
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and legal staff
• Handle sensitive information in compliance with privacy standards

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Paralegal, legal assistant, or medical records experience required
• Familiarity with medical terminology and litigation support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
