Sr. Communication Specialist

Senior Communications Specialist - 6 Month Contract+, 40 hours a week, Hybrid near Irving!

Robert Half is looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to bring on contract for a client in the Irving area. This is a hybrid schedule - 3 days on-site in Irving, 2 days remote.

Senior Communications Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop communications strategies, campaign messaging frameworks and customer narratives for major marketing initiatives

• Own communications planning and content strategy development across marketing channels

• Build campaign briefs, messaging hierarchies, content calendars and communications plans

• Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, CRM, Social, Digital and agency partners

• Translate complex business objectives into customer-facing communications and partner-ready direction

• Drive strategic workstreams to completion with minimal oversight

• Ensure messaging consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints

• Support key initiatives including bridal campaigns, fashion assortment launches, website redesign and seasonal campaign planning

• Help establish scalable communications planning processes and best practices

• Provide strategic guidance to channel leads and cross-functional marketing teams

Qualifications:

Senior Communications Specialist MUST have the following to be considered:

• Agency or Retail experience required!

• Proven experience developing integrated communication strategies and content plans across multiple marketing channels

• Strong strategic thinking, communications planning and messaging framework development experience

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week on-site in Irving
