SharePoint Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administration of SharePoint Online environments, ensuring sites and services remain secure, organized, and available to users.
• Configure and maintain site collections, document libraries, lists, and permission structures to support business collaboration needs.
• Investigate and resolve issues affecting SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive, delivering timely support across client environments.
• Manage access controls and governance practices to protect content and maintain appropriate user permissions.
• Contribute to SharePoint deployment efforts, including platform upgrades, environment improvements, and content migration activities.
• Build and maintain workflow and automation solutions that improve efficiency within SharePoint-based processes.
• Use PowerShell to streamline repeatable administrative tasks and support environment management.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability, and take corrective action when issues are identified.
• Create clear technical documentation covering configurations, support procedures, and issue resolution steps.
• Collaborate with engineers and client teams on SharePoint initiatives, integration needs, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering or engineering SharePoint environments.• Strong background supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 enterprise technologies.
• Practical experience working with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive in integrated collaboration environments.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint security models, permissions management, and site administration best practices.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell for automation and administrative support tasks.
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve platform and user issues effectively.
• Strong communication and client support skills, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple environments.
• Experience with tools or technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Entra ID, certifications, or migration projects is valued.
