Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-office administrative activities by organizing records, preparing documentation, and keeping day-to-day operations efficient.
• Respond to inbound phone calls professionally, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide accurate information to customers and internal staff.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings and service-related appointments, and help maintain timely follow-up on key activities.
• Support scheduling needs by confirming appointments, updating changes, and communicating adjustments clearly to all parties involved.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, filing, and maintaining organized office systems.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth communication between departments and consistent administrative support.
• Help maintain accurate service or client-related information in internal systems and update records as needed.
• Contribute to process continuity by assisting with administrative changes or workflow updates when required.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support or coordination role.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules, appointments, and competing priorities with accuracy.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Strong administrative assistance skills, including document handling, recordkeeping, and general office support.
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting while remaining organized and self-directed.
Compensation
