Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is seeking a professional and customer-focused Contract Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day client and customer interactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is committed to delivering excellent service. The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, resolve issues, process requests, and maintain accurate records while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, billing, accounts, products, or services
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
• Document customer interactions and update account information in CRM or internal systems
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures
• Process orders, returns, refunds, or service requests as required
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
• Maintain service levels and meet productivity, quality, and response-time expectations

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software or CRM systems
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
