Construction Project Administrator
Robert Half has partnered with a century-old construction organization in the Shelton area in the search for a Construction Project Administrator. Overview of responsibilities include facilitating work for project managers including issuing purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, change order requests, assisting with billing, compliance, and tracking project preconstruction items. You will also be working on submittals based on client requirements, maintaining documentation and permitting, and working on daily schedules for customers.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience in a construction environment, well versed in MS Excel, ability to problem solve and high attention to detail. Must have strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude.

Qualifications:
• Experience supporting administrative functions within construction projects or a related operational environment.
• Working knowledge of construction documents and the processes required to manage them effectively.
• Familiarity with permitting, compliance, or documentation in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records across multiple concurrent activities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and dependable approach.
Compensation
