Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support and maintain a multi-site Microsoft infrastructure environment. This role will be responsible for server administration, Active Directory management, Microsoft 365 support, virtualization, and Tier 3 troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD
• Configure and maintain Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP
• Support VMware virtual infrastructure
• Perform software deployment and patch management using SCCM
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain documentation and technical procedures

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems Administration experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Active Directory experience
• Experience with VMware virtualization
• Knowledge of SCCM and endpoint management
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
