Microsoft 365 Administrator
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage collaboration, messaging, identity, and device management solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant and services
- Manage Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD
- Handle user provisioning and licensing
- Support email migrations and mailbox administration
- Implement security policies and compliance settings
- Troubleshoot end-user and system issues
- Maintain documentation and best practices
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of Azure AD and Entra ID
- Experience with Exchange Online and Teams
- Understanding of Intune and endpoint management
- Strong customer support experience
