Staff Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and help maintain accurate financial records. This role will assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support financial reporting and audit preparation
- Help manage fixed assets, accruals, and other accounting activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation
