Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support to end users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, resolving technical problems in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive support experience for employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, emails, and walk-up support requests
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common business applications
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level IT support teams as needed
• Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues in the ticketing system
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access requests
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and support asset tracking
• Provide onboarding and offboarding technical support for employees
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting response and resolution timelines

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Familiarity with Active Directory, password administration, and device setup
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
