Seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Administrative Assistant to support office operations and provide excellent customer service to a diverse community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients and visitors in English and Spanish
• Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling
• Maintain records and databases
• Prepare and translate basic documents as needed
• Support office staff with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
