Office Manager
Job Summary
A growing Fort Worth-based organization is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily office operations, support leadership initiatives, and drive process improvements across administrative functions. This individual will serve as a key resource for office management, vendor coordination, executive support, and team administration while helping ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
- Supervise and support administrative staff and office personnel
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and special projects for leadership
- Develop and improve office procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor office supply inventory and maintain vendor relationships
- Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, expense tracking, and reporting
- Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate facility-related needs and serve as a point of contact for building management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level communications
- Partner with leadership on operational initiatives and process improvement efforts

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative, office management, or operations experience
- Prior experience leading administrative teams strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Experience supporting executives and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Compensation
