Job Description:

The Benefits Coordinator will assist with employee benefits administration and ensure a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process benefit enrollments and changes
• Assist employees with benefit-related questions
• Coordinate open enrollment activities
• Maintain employee benefit records
• Partner with benefit vendors and HR team members

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of benefits or HR experience
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficiency in HRIS systems preferred
