Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a hands-on Cable & Harness Technician to support assembly and production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for cable assembly, wire harness fabrication, crimping, wire termination, and quality testing to ensure products meet established specifications and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable and wire harnesses according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform stripping, crimping, soldering, and connector installation
• Route, bundle, and secure cables and harnesses to specification
• Conduct continuity testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting
• Identify and resolve assembly issues while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet production schedules and project deadlines

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in cable assembly, wire harness fabrication, electromechanical assembly, or related manufacturing environments
• Experience with crimping tools, hand tools, and cable termination techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, medical device, aerospace, or telecommunications environments
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 experience or similar cable/harness standards
• Soldering experience
