Job Description:

Position Summary

Provide supply readiness, accountability, requirements, and status-analysis support to USARCENT G4. Maintain accurate visibility of assigned supply actions and coordinate issues that affect readiness, availability, or accountability.

Primary Responsibilities

Track and analyze supply requirements, requisitions, status, shortages, excesses, due-ins, and readiness impacts.

Review records and reports for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective action.

Prepare status products, data calls, briefings, forecasts, and recommendations.

Coordinate supply issues with maintenance, transportation, munitions, supported units, and other stakeholders.

Support property and supply accountability using approved Government procedures and systems.

Maintain action and suspense records through documented completion.

Government-Stated Conditions

Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance. The Government recommends an active clearance at hire.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card, installation access, and required Government system/network access; performance cannot begin while required access is pending.

Must read, write, speak, and understand English and maintain professional conduct and appearance.

Must use Government-furnished equipment and authorized systems for performance; unauthorized personal devices or removable media are prohibited on Government networks.

Must complete required security, cyber/IA, OPSEC, antiterrorism, iWATCH, and local training. Possible CONUS or OCONUS travel may be designated after award.

Requirements:

Five or more years of Army or DoD supply, materiel management, logistics readiness, or property-accountability experience.

Knowledge of requisition, inventory, accountability, status, and supply-readiness processes.

Experience with Army logistics systems relevant to the assigned work, such as GCSS-Army or equivalent; identify specific systems on the resume.

Strong data-quality, research, reporting, and customer-coordination skills.

Relevant supply, logistics, or property-accountability education/certification is preferred but is not stated as a Government requirement.
