| Position Summary Provide contractor special-security support for the USARCENT G2 intelligence mission and the full intelligence cycle. Working under Government security authority, the CSSR protects SCI access and operations by maintaining accurate personnel, visit, training, incident, access, and SCIF-support records and by coordinating closely with the Government SSO and Oryza's FSO/SMO. Requirement-Specific Scope of Work Validate SCI eligibility and access prerequisites for incoming and assigned personnel and coordinate access, indoctrination, debriefing, transfer, and removal actions under approved Government procedures. Maintain current SCI rosters, access records, visit certifications, badge or entry-control documentation, training status, clearance-related suspenses, and supporting files. Process and track incoming and outgoing visit and access requests, confirm need-to-know and required approvals, and resolve missing or inconsistent documentation before access is granted. Support SCIF access-control, safeguarding, inspection, opening/closing, emergency, and compliance procedures as assigned by the Government SSO or security manager. Advise cleared personnel on SCI handling, marking, storage, transmission, discussion, reproduction, and destruction requirements within the limits of delegated contractor responsibilities. Receive, document, protect, and promptly route security incidents, possible compromises, adverse information, and other reportable matters to authorized Government and company security officials. Prepare and deliver required security briefings and recurring awareness training and maintain evidence of completion and corrective follow-up. Coordinate with the Government SSO/security manager, Oryza FSO/SMO, TLC security personnel, and authorized external security organizations to prevent access or documentation gaps from disrupting performance. Protect classified and privacy information and maintain inspection-ready, traceable security records without making Government eligibility, access, or adjudicative decisions. Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible for or hold SCI access. The FAQ states that an interim clearance is not accepted; the Government will manage SCI processing. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card, installation access, and required Government system/network access; performance cannot begin while required access is pending. Must read, write, speak, and understand English and maintain professional conduct and appearance. Must use Government-furnished equipment and authorized systems for performance; unauthorized personal devices or removable media are prohibited on Government networks. Must complete required security, cyber/IA, OPSEC, antiterrorism, iWATCH, and local training. Possible CONUS or OCONUS travel may be designated after award. |
