Responsibilities
The VIP team serves as a liaison between high-profile providers, clients and internal partners. The Senior Network Relations Specialist supports provider relationships and resolves routine operational issues while developing knowledge of network operations, claims, contracting, and provider data.
What will this person be doing on a daily basis:
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned providers and office staff.
- Respond to routine provider inquiries regarding claims, demographics, credentialing, and network participation.
- Research and resolve standard provider issues within established timelines.
- Review and process provider demographic roster submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate issue resolution.
- Track, document, and monitor provider issues through completion.
- Assist with validating provider demographic updates and system changes.
- Escalate complex or high-impact provider concerns to senior team members.
- Support provider education on policies, procedures, and system changes.
- Maintain accurate records of provider interactions and activities.
Qualifications

- 3-5 years' workers’ compensation and/or auto network experience
Education:
High School or equivalent required

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $55,000 - $67,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
