We’re looking for a Night Shift Production Supervisor, 12-hour shifts, 7pm to 7am, on a 2/2/3 schedule with alternating weekends off. You will lead our team of extrusion operators and play a key role in delivering high-quality products while building a strong, safety-first culture.

What You’ll Do
•    Lead and energize a team of operators to meet production, quality, and safety goals
•    Drive daily operations, keeping production running smoothly and efficiently
•    Coach, develop, and support employees, helping them grow and succeed
•    Troubleshoot production and equipment issues to minimize downtime
•    Champion continuous improvement initiatives that boost performance
•    Ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards (HACCP)
•    Partner with Engineering and other teams to improve processes and efficiency
•    Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing work environment (5S)

What You Bring
•    3–5 years of manufacturing experience
•    1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
•    A passion for leading teams and driving results
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Work Environment
•    Manufacturing with exposure to machinery and noise in a climate-controlled environment
•    Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 12 hours per shift)

Compensation Information:

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually.  The pay rate for a successful candidate will depend on the geographic location, this salary range is for a successful candidate in the Chicagoland area.  The specific hiring rate within the posted range will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
