Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a manufacturing-related customer service program serving pharmacy staff from a remote setting in Youngstown, Ohio. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced call environment, and can deliver accurate support with a high level of care. The person in this role will manage inbound inquiries, confirm prescription coupon details, and maintain consistent service quality while following established procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls from pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with a detail-oriented and service-focused approach.
• Confirm prescription coupon information carefully, ensuring each interaction is handled with speed and accuracy.
• Record call details thoroughly and update required documentation in line with procedures.
• Deliver courteous assistance on every interaction while helping resolve routine questions efficiently.
• Meet daily performance expectations for productivity, quality, and adherence in a remote work environment.
• Manage a steady volume of inbound inquiries while maintaining attention to detail throughout each call.
• Follow assigned work schedules for 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday based on business needs.
• Work independently from a remote setting while remaining dependable and consistent throughout the contract period.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or a similar phone-based support role is preferred.
• Ability to handle a high number of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined steps and documentation standards.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable day-to-day attendance.
• Flexibility to work any assigned 8-hour shift scheduled Monday through Friday within business operating hours.
• Effective verbal communication skills and a courteous approach when assisting pharmacy-related callers.
• Basic experience with customer service systems, order entry, or call handling tools is a plus.

Compensation

$14.25-$16.50 Hourly
