Office Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee routine office and facility coordination to help maintain an organized, efficient, and detail-focused workplace.
• Prepare and format engagement-related documents and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
• Provide direct administrative support to the president, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up on key tasks.
• Enter, organize, and validate data while producing reports for review and operational tracking.
• Coordinate logistics and on-site activities for scheduled events, serving as a point person on the day of execution.
• Assist with calendar management and executive meeting preparation to ensure leadership stays aligned on priorities.
• Handle a variety of administrative assignments and adapt quickly as business needs shift across the office.
• Review documents and internal materials carefully to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in office coordination, administrative support, or executive assistant functions.• Strong calendar management and executive meeting support skills.
• Ability to draft business documents and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
• Experience with data entry and report preparation, with close attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating special events and managing day-of logistics.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and capable of balancing multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
