Senior Change Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Design and lead comprehensive change strategies that support large-scale modernization programs across the organization.
• Evaluate stakeholder needs, organizational impacts, and readiness levels to shape targeted adoption and engagement plans.
• Partner with executive sponsors, product leaders, technology teams, HR, Communications, and Learning teams to align change activities with transformation goals.
• Drive adoption of new product-oriented and agile ways of working by clarifying evolving roles, governance expectations, and team behaviors.
• Create clear messaging materials such as change narratives, leadership talking points, FAQs, and engagement content for diverse internal and external audiences.
• Support teams through AI-related changes by building understanding, confidence, and responsible usage practices tied to new workflows and processes.
• Integrate change management activities into delivery roadmaps and planning cycles to address people-related risks and improve implementation success.
• Establish and monitor adoption metrics that measure readiness, behavior change, engagement, capability growth, and realized value.
• Advise senior leaders and sponsors on visible change leadership practices that strengthen alignment, accountability, and sustained adoption.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational change management, or a closely related consulting role.• Demonstrated success leading change efforts tied to enterprise transformation, modernization, or large-scale business initiatives.
• Strong background in user adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning across complex organizations.
• Experience supporting business process re-engineering initiatives and helping teams adapt to new operating models.
• Ability to develop executive-level communications, strategic messaging, and practical enablement materials for varied audiences.
• Skilled at working cross-functionally with business leaders, technology teams, HR, Communications, and Learning partners.
• Familiarity with measuring change effectiveness through adoption, engagement, and business outcome metrics.
• Knowledge of compensation analysis is valued as an additional area of expertise.
Compensation
