Bookkeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a team in Riviera Beach, Florida on a Contract basis. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records through accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry while supporting day-to-day bookkeeping operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in QuickBooks, and able to provide guidance to team members on best practices within the system.

Responsibilities:
• Process and enter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain organized financial records and update bookkeeping data to support daily accounting activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and review entries to help ensure account balances are correct
• Use QuickBooks to record, track, and manage routine bookkeeping tasks efficiently
• Support the team during the move from Profit Key by helping maintain accurate data and continuity in financial processes
• Provide QuickBooks training and day-to-day guidance to team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping with hands-on responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and the ability to support others in using the platform effectively
• Experience with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with strong 10-key data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with high-volume financial data
• Ability to complete required background screening and comply with candidate screening requirements

Compensation

$25.18-$29.15 Hourly
