Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Superintendent’s calendar, prioritize appointments, and keep daily schedules accurate and up to date.
• Arrange travel plans, prepare itineraries, and coordinate related logistics to ensure smooth business travel.
• Organize executive meetings by scheduling participants, confirming details, and preparing materials in advance.
• Draft, review, and distribute correspondence and documents while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Track important events, deadlines, and district activities to support effective planning and follow-through.
• Maintain organized records and information using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other office applications.
• Support onboarding coordination and administrative updates related to staffing changes and new hires.
• Verify details carefully in all communications and schedules to reduce errors and ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience providing administrative support to executive-level leadership.• Strong background in calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and travel planning.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Word and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in a focused setting.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs throughout the workday.
Compensation
