Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to maintain efficient office operations within a home health setting.
• Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and adjust schedules to support changing operational needs.
• Answer inbound calls courteously, route inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
• Organize scheduling details for team members, visits, meetings, and related administrative events.
• Prepare, update, and maintain office records, correspondence, and other essential documentation.
• Support internal workflow processes by tracking tasks, following up on outstanding items, and helping ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with staff, clients, and external contacts to facilitate smooth coordination across administrative functions.
Qualifications:
• Experience in administrative support or office coordination roles.• Background working in home health, healthcare, or a similar service-based environment.
• Ability to manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in calendar management, appointment coordination, and scheduling tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using standard office software and administrative systems.
Compensation
