We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support deduction research and resolution for customer accounts in Charlotte, North Carolina. • Maintain clear records for every deduction reviewed, documenting findings, resolution status, and whether the claim is valid or recoverable.
• Pursue repayment on unauthorized or unsupported deductions by coordinating with customers and internal partners to recover outstanding amounts.
• Analyze aging and deduction reports to prioritize older items, monitor exposure, and focus efforts on high-value balances across assigned accounts.
• Use Excel tools such as PivotTables and enterprise systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms to organize data and support account analysis.
• Help enforce deduction timelines, including review expectations for items submitted within 90 days, to strengthen ongoing receivables controls.
