Travel & Entertainment Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, review, and approve travel and entertainment (T& E) expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
Develop and implement T& E policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date with current laws and industry best practices.
Oversee travel booking activities, including airfare, lodging, and ground transportation, focusing on cost savings and traveler safety.
Supervise a team of T& E specialists or coordinators, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other external service providers to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
Provide training and guidance to employees regarding T& E policy compliance and best practices.
Analyze expense reports for trends and anomalies; prepare reports for management to inform budgeting and vendor negotiations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or non-compliance issues with expense submissions.
Stay current with travel industry trends, expense management software, and available cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with corporate travel management, expense auditing, or related supervisory roles.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with travel and expense management systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, or similar platforms).
This position offers a salary of $80,000-$85,000 and comes with a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and holiday pay.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in travel and expense management systems, such as Concur or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with expense report auditing and financial analysis.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of current trends in travel management and cost-saving strategies.
