Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a detail-oriented approach while providing a positive front office experience.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries efficiently, and take accurate messages when needed.
• Coordinate front desk activities, including visitor check-in, general information support, and day-to-day reception coverage.
• Provide concierge-style assistance by responding to routine questions and helping guests navigate the workplace appropriately.
• Maintain an orderly reception area and support smooth communication between internal teams and external contacts.
• Handle inbound phone traffic effectively, ensuring calls are routed promptly to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, service-oriented approach.
• Experience handling inbound calls and managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable providing visitor support and concierge-style assistance with attention to detail.
• Reliable organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure while balancing competing front desk priorities.
Compensation
